The selection of projects funded by BolsaLAB is led by a jury of internationally recognized researchers and physicians. Operational management and donors hold zero votes on scientific merit.

Projects are peer-reviewed based exclusively on hypothesis excellence, scientific innovation, and potential clinical impact.
Zero Patron Voting & Mission Guardianship
Corporate patrons and donors hold zero voting rights in scientific selection. The founding family is represented on the jury to ensure the 0% administrative overhead commitment and technological capabilities, in a panel where scientific merit is sovereign and evaluated predominantly by independent scientists.
Conflict of Interest Recusal
No committee member may evaluate applications submitted by their own laboratory or investigators with whom they share recent direct collaborations.
